Team access & accountability

Use custom roles to control access while keeping important changes tied to the person, time, and record.

Built-in activity history

See what changed.Know how you got there.

The info on your screen shows where things stand now. Built-in activity history shows what changed, when, and who changed it.

Pricing without artificial limits

Your plan should limit seats, not your operation.

Small operations still need good controls. Every plan includes the same core system, so you can use the tracking, production, quality, and history you actually need. Upgrade when more people need access, not because you have more to manage.

Tier-shaped pricing

When the plan shapes the workflow.

  • ×Useful controls are reserved for higher tiers
  • ×Item or location limits encourage workarounds
  • ×You have to predict which features you’ll need

The Indietory approach

More people.
Same system.

  • Core operations stay included
  • No plan-based limits on items or locations
  • Choose your plan by team size, not features

Good operational habits shouldn’t be a premium feature.

Frequently asked questions

A few things worth knowing.

Does Indietory work on phones, tablets, and computers?

Yes. Indietory is built as a responsive browser-based application, so the same system works across modern phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

Do I need a dedicated barcode scanner?

No. Scan Indietory QR labels directly in your browser using your phone, tablet, or laptop camera. No dedicated scanner or mobile app is required.

Can I track inventory at the item, lot, or container level?

Yes. Choose the level of tracking that fits each item: item, lot, or lot + container. You can use more control where you need it without forcing the same workflow everywhere.

Can Indietory handle both batches and assemblies?

Yes. Production supports batch or process work as well as assembly and packaging workflows. The output of one production stage can also become the input of another.

Can I control what team members can access?

Yes. Custom roles let you control which parts of Indietory each person can access, so people can work in the areas they need without giving everyone the same level of access.

Does Indietory keep a history of what changed?

Yes. Indietory keeps built-in activity and inventory history for important changes, including who made them, when they happened, and the related operational records.

Is Indietory an accounting system?

No. Indietory focuses on inventory and production operations. It keeps purchasing, receiving, and production costs connected to inventory, then uses those costs to calculate COGS and gross profit when sales are recorded. It is not intended to replace full accounting software.

I already have inventory in spreadsheets or another system. Do I have to start over?

No. During Early Access, we can help you bring over existing item and inventory data where feasible. The approach will depend on how your current data is structured. For larger or more complex migrations, hands-on assistance may be available to subscribed customers.

What does Early Access mean?

Access is limited during Early Access while Indietory is refined alongside early customers. We review access requests personally and follow up by email. Early Access includes reduced pricing, a 14-day trial, and no credit card is required to begin.
